Packing Incharge

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage packaging staff and operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Optimize packaging processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate packaging.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for quality control and compliance purposes.
- Train and develop packaging staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a packaging or production management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards in packaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
