KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for managing complete life cycle of New Products, maintenance of existing products and continuous process improvements
- Manage Relationships and Acquire New Clients from the Segment leading to acquisition of Accounts (NOA)
- Responsible for Manage Relationships and Acquire New Clients from the Segment leading to Total Deposit (CASA & ITD)
- Responsible for 50% of CA accounts to be in premium Segment
- Responsible for POS Installation
- Responsible for Branch Retail Current Account Month End Balance (ETB) & Branch Retail Current Account Month End Balance (NTB).
- Responsible for Cross Sell (RTD + TPP+ SB NOA)
- Responsible for Bring incremental Business from New Mandates/ Relationships from GIB Segment contributing to 10% of Total Deposit (CA+SA)

**Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification:
- **Graduate in any discipline.**
- Relevant Experience : At-least 1 year of Field sales experience in Banking or Financial services.- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES- Strong communication skills, leadership skills, result orientation, inter-personal skills and service orientation
- Knowledge of the local geography and language will be an added advantage.
