**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients’ brand objectives.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write compelling captions, create graphics, and collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
- Plan and execute creative campaigns, including videos, reels, carousels, and stories.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build a loyal online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Provide regular reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans for optimization.
- **Trend Analysis & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO, design, and content, to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Work directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver customized social media solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience behaviors.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
