**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and engagement.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and services offered by the agency. Provide accurate and detailed information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their travel choices.
- **Sales Presentations**: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our travel packages and services. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual clients.
- **Quoting and Negotiation**: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for travel packages. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure bookings while maximizing revenue for the agency.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process and beyond. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including travel consultants, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel plans.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for travel.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
