A loan officer assesses a potential borrower's financial situation and helps them get a loan. They work for banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, or as independent consultants. Responsibilities
- **Recommend loans**: Choose the right loan options for borrowers
- **Explain terms**: Explain loan terms and conditions to borrowers
- **Provide customer service**: Answer questions and address concerns
- **Follow up**: Follow up on delinquent accounts and update credit files
- **Review loan files**: Review and update loan files and credit documentation
- **Ensure compliance**: Ensure that loan agreements comply with federal and state regulations

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with computers and banking software
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Customer orientation and sales competencies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Other duties
- Selling business loans, mortgages, and other financial products
- Advising clients on investments
- Encouraging clients to open loan accounts, credit cards, or other lines of credit

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
