**Qualification**: Diploma in (**Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical**)

**Years of Experience **: Minimum **2 years **experience as setter in Manufacturing industry

**Location**:Poonamalle Bypass road, Chennai.
- **Resistance welding basics - **Working principle of Resistance Welding,Parameters involved in it,Types of electrode used and different types of welding technologies available in market
- **Able to read and make 2D drawings** - Visualising,Basics of GD&T,Making hand sketches
- **Basics of measuring instruments** - Vernier and Micrometer
- **Basics of hand tools**:

- AllenKey,Spanner
- **Machining operations** -Drilling,Milling,Lathe,Grinding
- **7 QC Tools, A3 and Kaizen** projects Methodology
- **Basics of SPC**:

- Process capability, Control charts

**"Telephonic interview **round can be done if required"
