Rolls and responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day financial operations like keeping record of sales, purchases, debtors, creditors, receipt and payments.
- Maintaining Tally, GST, TDS, and all accounting regular activities.
- Efficiently manage the team for defined tasks like handling accounting, bank reconciliation/comparison/Finalization/updating, internal & external audit & account receivable & accounts payable.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries and other accounting documents.
- Maintaining healthy cash flow with timely follow-ups on payments and Resolving accounting discrepancies with the clients and operations team.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

- MIS Report
- Day-to-Day Analysis of MIS Reports
- Vendor payment and management
- Enache activation
- Routine accounting responsibilities
- Maintain all details of service agreements with clients.
- Standardize similar reports across clients, departments and teams.
- Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
- Make company performance reports and analysing them from company prospect.
- Produce and support existing reports and processes.
- Review history of current reporting used analyses for time utilization, consistency and accuracy.
- Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & MS SQL Server that allows the company to get information on daily business activities.
- Preparation of monthly Performance Status Reports to Senior Management.
- Collate Analyse and Present company performance details quarterly and half yearly.
- Tax and statutory compliance and representation at various tax authorities whenever required and filling returns.
