About you and the role:
As a Manufacturing Applications/Business Process Support SME / Senior Operations IT Business Process Specialist you will be providing first

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise and Guidance:

- Ensure effective and efficient implementation of Operations IT/OT MET1 solutions across areas of scope, including improvements to current SAP functionality, plant start-ups, and new business implementations.

Training and Support:

- Execute the strategy and monitor the effectiveness of routine support for user issues across all regions and sites.
- Coordinate, identify needs, and execute functional and cross-functional training related to areas of scope. Lead leveraging of best practices and sharing of learning experiences across applicable networks.

Improvement Initiatives:

- Lead strategic gap closure activities and other opportunities for improvement and Business Process adoption.
- Lead, coordinate, and execute improvement initiatives related to the area of focus, including training, document updates, metric updates, stakeholder management, and other change management activities.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing and/or I/S-related experience is required.
