**Job Title**: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM tools
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and escalations
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience in telecalling / inside sales
- **Fluent in Marathi and English** (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid setup
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
