Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs, present products or services, and highlight how they solve problems.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide targeted pitches and answer all customer questions.
- **Sales Process Management**: Guide customers through the sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- **Relationship Management**: Foster and maintain strong, positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Performance and Reporting**: Track sales activity, analyze performance, meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, and provide reports on customer needs and market trends to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
