Role Description: The Sales Executive role is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Details Role: Sales Executive Location: Gurgaon Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism) Key Responsibility Areas: - Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Short Haul Destinations(Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam). - Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements - Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently - Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales - Represent company values while speaking to customers - Provide exceptional customer service - Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals Desired Attributes: - Passion for travel - Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong attention to detail - Can work with start-ups or a fast-paced environment
