**Job Title**: Service Engineer

**Location**:[AARTECH SOLONICS LTD., Mandideep, Bhopal, India.

**Key Responsibilities**:Understanding various service levels agreed with customer and creating an action plan with timelines for each customer based on the same**
- Meeting the key customers to understand their requirements and issues faced and defining solutions for them
- Investigating, identifying and coordinating with other functions for resolving customer issues faced
- Creating a schedule of telephonic calls with all customers each fortnight/month for gathering inputs from them on any product service related issues faced
- Regularly monitoring the service level provided to customers and highlighting concern areas to relevant teams for their resolution
- Providing inputs to Marketing and Sales teams on customer service requirements for formulation and periodic review of customer service policies and processes and ensuring its adherence in all markets for all customers
- Identifying gaps in customer service orientation across the organization and enabling customer service culture through various training and other relevant interventions
- Helping contribute to revenue generation through customer service and providing sales leads for cross selling / up-selling
- Monitor, checking and enabling resolution of escalated customer issues for both domestic and international shipments, and installations etc.
- Identification of improvement areas in CSEs and explain and defining a training methodology on effective handling of calls.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. Electrical/Instruments/Electronics. Engineer having experience or having Technical service experience.

3. Ready to explore new/existing clients by travel extensively PAN India basis.

4. Ready to learn & explore new opportunities/segments.

5. Having positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:

- 0 to 3 years

**Salary**:

- 10-15K (Negotiable/As per best industry)

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
