Designation : Customer Support Associate (CSA)

Process : Tech support voice / customer service Voice

Location : Malad west, Mumbai

Job Role : Managing Customer Queries on Calls.

Job Type **:Work from Office**.

Working window : Graveyard shift - 9.5 hours between 2am to 4pm

Working days : 5 days Working/ 2 rotational off

Transport Facility : one side Cab facility(pickup or drop)

Age Limit : 18 to 44 years

**Eligibility**:

- Fluency in Verbal English is required.
- Technical knowledge is required for tech support profile.
- Qualification
- HSC PASSED with Minimum 6 months of International BPO Experience (Into Voice process)
