**Job Description: Showroom Sales Representative (Male)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Possess in-depth product knowledge across our range of products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing accurate information and guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent product knowledge with the ability to effectively demonstrate product features.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or retail management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
