**Position Overview**:
Ashth is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury jewelry industry, working with a brand that is at the forefront of sustainable luxury. The intern will assist in various sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Ashth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Assistance:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Help monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.

Event Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trunk shows, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event management.

Brand Building:

- Support initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand aesthetics and values.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for luxury jewelry and an understanding of the lab-grown diamond industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
