Maintaining good relationships with companies and corporate team day brokers (e.g. ELBA)
- Planning a range of team day options for different interests and budgets, and marketing these to

relevant contacts, including the new Furry Tales opportunities
- Organising team days at the Farm, being present for site visits and point of contact for the companies

- Responsible for risk assessment of tasks, and communicating that to the companies team leaders
- Preparing for volunteer activities; ordering tools and equipment, maintaining existing tools, completing

preparatory tasks to ensure that the activities run smoothly
- Supervising the team on the day, responsibility for health and safety and ensuring that volunteers

work in a safe, healthy, and supportive environment
- Acting as a team leader when doing practical tasks on the farm with volunteers
- Recruit for volunteers or sessional workers to assist with large groups or with a specialised activity
- Budget and project management
- Conduct ongoing evaluation of the programme and implement improvements as necessary
- Building relationships with businesses and encouraging repeat bookings
- Generating corporate donations as well as paid community days
- Seeking, reviewing and managing offers of pro bono work from business contacts
- Helping with more general farm duties, site planning and maintenance at quieter times of the year,

with the potential to get more involved if keen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
