**Job Description**:
Skills Required

**Role**: Marketing Intern: Community, Content & Engagement

**Job Scope**: Assist in brand communication & marketing activities, especially towards building customer community & engagements through digital & physical channels

**Responsibilities**:
**Implement consistent brands communication**: social media, existing customer communication, potential customers from partner channels.
Create & provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Assist in managing and/or participating in the events focused on our brand to build community and boost brand awareness.

**Build a funnel for digital events (for example**: an interview / podcast series of expert interviews), reach-out for
Assist in boosting brand awareness locally and in specific cities

**Requirements & Skills**:
**Must-to-have**:
Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Attention to detail and content quality.
Excel, Google docs, sheets & slides, MIS, Reports
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to organise content and important product, brand information.

Additional / Good-to-have

Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Any experience as a community manager or similar role.
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events, engagement ratio)
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channel

Duration
6 months internship convertible to employment basis performance and mutual discussion.
