- Knowledge on Information Security standards, Siemens CyberSecurity Requirements (SFeRA), Industry guidelines and security best practices.
- Implementation of Siemens InfoSec policies and its governance.
- Support in development of security policies and procedures in line with SFeRA guidelines and business requirements to strengthen the security posture.
- Understand business scope, challenges and address the risks.
- Schedule internal audits in line with QM audit schedule and conducts audit as per the schedule.
- Coordinate external audits.
- Tracking on time closure of audit findings.
- Capturing STSPL Information security goals and ensure its adherence.
- Create Information Security awareness among employees based on the defined security policies and SFeRA guidelines.
- Governance of vulnerability remediation activities.
- Perform Incident management activity as per Siemens process.

**Desired Skills**:

- Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech / MBA
- 2 to 5 Years overall experience in Industry
- 2- 5 Years experience in Cybersecurity.
