Drive Revenue Growth

A key role exists for a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

This sales professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients across various industries, building a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, events, partnerships, and referrals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client pain points in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management, and be able to articulate the value proposition of Elytra's solutions to CXOs, IT Heads, and Compliance Officers.

The successful Sales Executive will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualification to closure, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM. Key skills and qualifications include 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS, with a strong network among CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, and IT Heads in India. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical security solutions into business and compliance value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

* Identify and engage prospective clients across BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and SMBs.

* Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, channel partnerships, and referrals.

* Consultative Solution Selling

* Understand client pain points in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

* Present Elytra's offerings in terms of business outcomes, compliance benefits, and cost efficiency.

* Conduct product demos and workshops with support from technical teams.

* Account Management

* Own the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure.

* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.

* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
