**Responsibilities**:
As a **Marketing Specialist**, you'll be responsible for:

- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in inbound and outbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising & events planning).
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels, social media platforms and use of google ads, meta ads and web analytics.
- Maintain awareness on marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate and work with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of marketing elements (traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
- Strong communication, writing and computer skills
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Social awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Ready to learn, hustle and grow with us keeping a positive attitude.
