We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an English-Hindi Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service in both English and Hindi languages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls in both English and Hindi.
- Providing information and resolving queries about products/services.
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases.
- Handling complaints and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Following communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective handling of issues.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken).
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
