**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain product features, specifications, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the benefits of the vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and close sales in line with dealership policies.
- Prepare and process documentation required for sales transactions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with new products, features, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and attractive showroom display.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for showroom events and promotional activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
**Qualifications**:
- ANY DEGREE
- Language fluency in [Local Language] and English.
