**Job Profile**:
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Jewellery Designer cum Merchandiser to join our Innovation team as a Product Creator. This unique role combines designing exquisite jewellery pieces with the strategic responsibilities of merchandising, ensuring that designs align with market demands, production timelines, and inventory needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Jewellery Design**:

- Create original and trend-forward jewellery designs, including sketches, CADs, and prototypes.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable within quality and budget specifications.
- Research and incorporate current jewellery trends, materials, and gemstones into new collections.

**Merchandising**:

- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to influence design direction and collections.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and manage the flow of inventory.
- Set pricing strategies for designs based on cost analysis and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure designs are promoted effectively and meet sales targets.

**Skills**:
