Job description
1. Participate in strategic financial projects
2. Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.
3. Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
4. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
5. Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
6. Providing insights on the financial health of the organization and providing new financial opportunities.
7. Working on Project costing to report the same for tendering Ensuring the statutory audits and ensuring completion within stipulated time frames for all entities.
8. Income tax, and related compliances of all the entities.
9. Liaisoning with banks, Financial Institutions, Investors, Venture Capitalists, and internal & external stakeholders.
10. Keeping track of market trends and looking for cost-reduction opportunities. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and providing required MIS.
11. Assist in compilation of information for the Company’s annual tax returns.
12. Ledger Scrutiny, Analysis and Control
**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
