**Position**:
We are looking for a person who is capable of handling and maintaining relationships with the clients as well as providing technical support to the company's products.

**About the role -**

The Control Tower Executive plays a pivotal role in the business and carries a high level of responsibility. He/she interacts directly with customers, internal stakeholders and provides end-to-end support such as reporting, technical support, analysis, stakeholder coordination, monitoring performance, KPIs etc etc

**Responsibilities -**
- Control Tower is a central (Pan India) monitoring unit functioning within the supply chain operations of Enterprise Customers and will be located in Bangalore.
- As Control Tower Executive you will be responsible for monitoring the transport supply chain operations of Intugine’s top customer.
- Professionals in this role not only need to ensure smooth and timely monitoring of the transport supply chain across various locations but also need to help in providing un
- parallel delivery experience to the customers by coordinating with them for document reconciliation.
- Support the Operations team by providing visibility and insights by setting up process adherence checks and publishing metrics.
- Co
- ordinate for all exceptions with Operations and Client and resolve them on a regular basis.
- Conduct complete RCA on issues raised by customers and publish reports to customers.
- Co
- ordinate with Account Managers and Customer Success Team and resolve customer escalations.
- Ensure on
- time vehicle reporting by coordinating with all the stakeholders like transporters, drivers.
- Work with a capacity team to ensure ad hoc requests are met to safeguard customer interest.
- Work with on-board vendors to resolve all driver related issues faced on the ground.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust quickly in short time frame with limited direct supervision
- Ability to create reports with others and build a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours if necessary (all shifts)
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills
- Excellent Facilitation skills
- Should be well versed with Excel, powerpoint presentation

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
