- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the D365 ERP platform including its modules, capabilities, integration points, SaaS and extension frameworks.
- Ability to facilitate teams to resolve issues by being the SPOC for stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent conflict resolution and management skills.
- Demonstration of developed solutions to senior stakeholders.
- ERP functional design and consulting experience.
- Work on building and rolling out new value propositions for the customers.
