**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's quality standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities as needed.
- Perform routine inspections of rooms to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- **Public Area Upkeep**:

- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other public spaces.
- Ensure all high-traffic areas are tidy and welcoming for guests.
- **Guest Service**:

- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra linens, amenities, or cleaning services.
- Assist guests with special housekeeping needs or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- **Laundry Management**:

- Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and uniforms as needed.
- Ensure proper handling of guest laundry services, if applicable.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, broken items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other housekeeping staff to complete tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness for guests.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and completed tasks.
- Inform supervisors of any unusual or problematic situations encountered during cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong work ethic and attention to detail are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Team player with a proactive and reliable approach to work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
