**Job Brief**
A versatile and creative
**Visual Designer 2** with strong UI design skills and expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and print production. This role bridges the gap between junior and senior designers, contributing to
**high-quality digital and print assets** while leveraging
**Generative AI tools** to enhance creative workflows. A keen eye for detail, a passion for design innovation, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential to delivering impactful visual solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with
**UX, and marketing teams** to define and execute design solutions across
**UI, video, print, and digital media.**:

- Translate complex ideas and requirements into clean, engaging, and visually impactful designs.
- Execute
**end-to-end design projects**, including wireframing, prototyping, video editing, and print collateral.
- Utilize
**Generative AI tools** (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) to
**enhance** the creative process and develop unique design concepts.
- Develop
**motion graphics and video content** using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Ensure
**consistent branding and aesthetics** across all design outputs.
- Stay updated on
**UI, video, and print design trends** and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design assets into projects.
- Maintain
**design guidelines, standards, and brand integrity** across all mediums.

**Qualifications**
**Primary Skills**:

- **Strong visual design** expertise with a
**solid portfolio** showcasing UI, video, and print projects.
- **Proficiency in UI design tools**: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- **Experience in video editing**: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and similar tools
- **Hands-on knowledge of print production**: Adobe InDesign, prepress processes.
- **Working knowledge of Generative AI tools**: MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, etc.
- **Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes** for digital interfaces.
- **Competency in motion graphics and video production** for marketing and social media
