**Position Summary**:
You will work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and the leadership to shape the brand voice and increase visibility and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Planning & Strategy**
- Develop and manage content calendars based on marketing and brand objectives.
- Perform content audits to evaluate performance and identify gaps.
- Define content goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
**Audience & Market Research**
- Conduct research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and content preferences
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify content opportunities
**Content Development Oversight**
- Guide creation of blogs, social media posts, videos, whitepapers, and more
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and SEO specialists
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging
**SEO and Optimization**
- Incorporate SEO best practices into content plans
- Work closely with the SEO team to optimize existing and new content
**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and design teams for campaigns
**Content Performance Analysis**
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track performance
- Adjust strategies based on data and insights
**Must-Have Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in content strategy, preferably in an **EdTech setting**.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing**, **SEO**, and **analytics tools** (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content pipelines while maintaining brand consistency.
- Familiarity with academic language and curriculum promotion is a plus.
