Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Responsible for: 1. Need to attend all leads from India Mart, Pharma hoppers and other sources.

2. Achieving sales targets by Tele calling, mailing and follow up on the same for closure.

3. Managing sales of pharmaceutical product and Export inquiry from various platforms like India Mart and pharma hoppers etc.

4. Managing Leads of Franchisee development, and Contract manufacturing inquiry from various platforms like India Mart and pharma hoppers etc.

5. Revenue targets to be achieve as per Goal sheet.

6. Creating a databank through data mining from various platform and details from the industry.

7. Preparing price quotations in consultation with top management for the prospects and conduct follow up with them for sales closure.

8. Preparing a sales job order and coordinating with the team for prioritizing and processing the orders received.

9. Regular co-ordination with the departments involving production and assembly.

10. Follow up with clients for timely collection of payments / before due dates.

11. Coordinating with Finance/ Accounts for payments clearance/ receipt of clients.

12. Follow up on dispatch status of the clients’ orders with the concerned team members. 13. Maintaining customer satisfaction and getting their queries and complaints resolved effectively within timelines in coordination with Service Department.

14. Preparing the lead MIS, sales pipeline report and the sales performance report timely.

15. Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time

**Requisite Skills**: 1. Good verbal and Written Communication skills

2. MS office & Mail Drafting skills

3. Strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning 4. Go-getter for Target Achievement.

5. Interpersonal Skills

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
