**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage financial records using Tally ERP 9.
- Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
- Support the finance team in various accounting tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with GST and tax regulations.
- Experience in the trading and manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Pay: ₹8,996.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
