**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
Our company is growing rapidly and we are hiring for Sourcing Intern. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of qualifications below:

- Willing to familiarize with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting global market research and identifying potential Sellers across the International Market.
- Arranging quotations from multiple sellers, comparing them technically and commercially both, and updating prices in cost sheets accordingly.
- Finalizing sellers after comparison, negotiating with them, and Placing the order to them.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new Sellers, while maintaining relationships with existing International Sellers.
- Collating and maintaining Seller's information in the CRM database (Hubspot).
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Developing and implementing buying strategies, seller service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting procurement plans, reference material, and related documents as required.
- Ability to manage & assist with multiple International projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Identifying new International Business Opportunities and partners across various Industrial Domains.
- Assist Worldref Sourcing Managers in attending to new sellers and building solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.

**Skills and Key Requirements**:

- Researching the market
- Developing a sourcing strategy
- Assessing, selecting, and managing suppliers to acquire the desired goods and services from them.
- Analyzing internal needs and understanding the spend category.
- Conducting Inspection and arranging TPI before dispatch of order as when required.
- Coordinating and supporting with other new tasks/initiatives as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
