**Role Description**
**Job Title**: Operations Executive
**Experience**: 1 -3 years
**Location**: Thane

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Coordination and Management**:

- Plan and oversee the implementation of outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboard installations, transit ads, and digital signage.
- Ensure the accurate and timely deployment of all advertising materials across multiple locations.
- Liaise with creative, production, and client servicing teams to meet campaign deadlines.

**Vendor and Resource Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site managers for installation and maintenance of advertising assets.
- Manage inventory of materials, including prints, digital files, and installation equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of services and materials.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Verify that advertising installations are in accordance with client specifications and industry best practices.

**Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign logistics and updates.
- Provide regular progress reports and address client concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, including installation schedules, vendor contracts, and site evaluations.
- Generate post-campaign reports to analyze performance and provide insights for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, Monitoring or a similar role, preferably within the outdoor advertising or media industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of advertising industry standards and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines of campaigns.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Familiarity with outdoor advertising formats and technologies.
- Experience in vendor management and site operations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
