**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**
**Location: Karnal**

**Hiring Specifications**:

- **Typing Speed**: At least 30 to 40 words per minute with mínimal errors.
- **Excel Skills**: Basic knowledge of Excel.
- **Communication**: Ability to communicate clearly with the team.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in data entry.
- **Police Verification**: Mandatory for all staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter all shipment details into the company’s software as per company guidelines.
- **Error Reporting**: If errors are found, promptly inform the branch supervisor for correction.
- **Daily Pre-Alerts**: Send daily pre-alerts to the operations hub for all shipments sent from the branch.
- **Cross-Checking**: Ensure shipments have reached the operational hub on time.
- **Delay Notifications**: Notify the supervisor immediately in case of delays.
- **Document Verification**: Check shipment documents, including invoices and KYC. If an invoice is missing, create one as per the customer.
- **Packing and Dispatching**: Assist the loader in packing and dispatching shipments from the branch to the operations hub.

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
