- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product listings and increase sales.
- Stay updated on platform policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing online seller portals, preferably on Flipkart, Amazon, and JioMart.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings and inventory.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
