Location: Jamshedpur

Job Purpose

To Run & Control the ARP operation through HMI in shift duty.

2. Safety, Health & Environment Responsibilities

Ensure to follow all safety rules and regulations.
Identify hazards at work place and mitigate it.
Contribute to improve the Health, Environment and safety performance of the plant.
Educate and monitor subordinates on Health, Environment and safety performance.
Identify the emergency condition and ensure the emergency procedures are followed.

3. Key Result Area

Take the startup and shut down of plant as per given procedure and run it through HMI safely as per
instruction of the Chief Manager.
Maintain the all technical parameters of the plant as per given instruction of Chief Manager.
Do the analysis of WPL, RA and oxide as per instruction.

4. Key Responsibilities

Conduct the daily toolbox meeting for Safety awareness to JCIL operational persons including contractual.
Coordination with Pickling Incharge in shift duty for transaction of WPL and RA.
Maintain the control room area clean and clear every day.
Handover the shift to the next shift in charge and pass the instruction to him at the end of shift.
Taking care of process maintenance during shut down of plant and reporting to Chief Manager.
Handle the plant operators & housekeeping workers in their shift as per operational requirements.
Immediate reporting to Chief Manager during major issues in plant operation.
Final shift reporting to Chief Manager on daily basis at the end of shift.

5. Qualification and Experience

Diploma/ ITI in any stream with minimum 5 years of experience in ARP operation & Maintenance.

6. Technical Competencies

Experience of ARP plant process.

7. Other Competencies

Good communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills.

8. Preferences

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in ARP Operation& Maintenance.
