**Required Skills**:
**1.** **Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript**: A person should be proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript.

**2.** **Understanding of responsive design**: With the increasing use of mobile devices, it's important for web designer to create websites that work well on any device.

**3.** **Continuous learning**: The web designer field is constantly changing, so it's important to keep up with new technologies by keep learning.

**4.** **Communication skills**: As a web designer, you will likely be working on projects with other developers and designers, so good communication skills are important to ensure everyone is on the same page.

**5.** **Attention to detail**: Small mistakes in code can have big consequences, so it's important to be detail-oriented and thorough when writing code.

**6.** **UX/UI design**: A person should have a good understanding of user experience and user interface design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

**Responsibilities**

**3.** Ensure software is up to mark using recent technologies.

**4.** Discuss business requirements with clients.

**5.** Build clean and efficient code based on user needs.

**6.** Collaborate with other developers, managers, and UX designers in building software.

**7.** Write and update technical documentation.
