Strong Project management and Leadership Skills
Experience with Agile delivery methodology and standards
Shown problem solving capabilities.
Experience leading and developing project teams with a diverse blend of skills and capabilities
Broad understanding of IT systems and technology implemented within a business context.
PM must coordinate global teams, ensure timely delivery, challenge stakeholders, and work independently (not needing constant backing from leaders).

Desirable Qualifications:
Project certifications
Scrum certifications
Strong leadership skills with experience working in a global organization where collaborators and project team members are geographically dispersed
Experience of working with Jira
Pharmaceutical business awareness/business shown experience
Recognised accreditations in either Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar
