Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures in accordance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor work environments, machinery, and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and on-site safety training sessions.
- Carry out hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain records of all HSE documentation including permits, audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns and safety drives.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, contractors, and internal teams on all safety-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Must have a Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
