Job Summary

: The Air Hostess will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, performing safety demonstrations, and managing in-flight operations.Key Responsibilities:Passenger Safety: Conduct safety checks and demonstrations, ensuring all safety equipment is functioning and that passengers are aware of emergency procedures.Customer Service: Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and provide exceptional service throughout the flight, addressing any needs or concerns.In-Flight Services: Serve meals and beverages, manage in-flight sales, and attend to passengers requests promptly and courteously.Conflict Resolution: Handle any conflicts or emergencies calmly and professionally, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and the flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations and communication during the flight.Pre-Flight Duties: Assist in preparing the cabin before departure, including checking supplies, ensuring cleanliness, and arranging seating.Post-Flight Duties: Complete post-flight reports and assist with deplaning passengers safely and efficiently.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and training.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
