**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise installation & commissioning of mechanical/electrical equipment, piping, skids, insulation, and cabling.
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure work is executed as per design and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily with contractors and site teams to manage workflow and resolve issues.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and client representatives.
- Liaise with in-house engineering teams for troubleshooting and commissioning support.
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality execution of projects across multiple sites.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum **3**years* of experience in on-site project execution, installation, or commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong vendor management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage outstation projects (Maharashtra and Gujarat)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
