**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive

**Job Overview**: The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, ensuring a smooth and effective e-commerce operation, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings**: Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- **Platform Knowledge**: Have in-depth knowledge about all e-commerce sites and platforms.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and update inventory to ensure product availability.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer support and handle inquiries.
- **Promotions**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- **Website Management**: Update and maintain the company's e-commerce website.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Schedule**: Full-time.
- **Environment**: Office setting with frequent computer use.
