**Job Title**: Medical Coder (DX and Procedure Code Billing)
**Location**: [Ghansoli]

**Number of Openings**: 1

**Shift time** : Night 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: Minimum 6 months -1 years’ experience in medical Billing sector.
**Salary**: [20-30k]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze patient records for accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign correct CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and procedure codes for outpatient and inpatient services.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, payer guidelines, and coding standards.
- Maintain knowledge of updated coding policies and standards.
- Perform quality checks and audits on medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures, when needed.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks as required.
- Stay updated with the latest coding and healthcare industry trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in a medical-related field.
- Minimum 6 months -1 years of experience in medical coding, with a focus on DX and procedure code billing for outpatient and inpatient settings.
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is required.
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and US Healthcare billing systems.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding and healthcare regulations.
- Familiarity with CMS and UB other payer requirements.

**Other Preferred Certifications & Skills**:

- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)
- COC (Certified Outpatient Coder)
- RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician)
- CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor)

**Additional Information**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
