In a nutshell, the global customer experience team plays a crucial role in acquiring clients and driving them to harness the full potential of our wide range of deliverables, while positioning Frost & Sullivan as a Growth Pipeline Company. Overview:
The primary role of the Executive is to create, improve and manage content for the newsletter that will drive sales and help achieve business goals. With a prowess for creative writing skills, you should be able to perform well under deadlines and oversee all marketing content initiatives. You will be responsible for the overall content management of the newsletters and the promotion of quality content that will generate good quality leads which will boost revenue.

- Collaborate with the analytics team to curate and consolidate content for the newsletter.
- Craft engaging and concise blurbs for the analytics content, aimed at captivating the client's attention and interest.
- Work on landing pages using HubSpot.
- Liaise with the design team to incorporate relevant graphics and visuals into the newsletter.
- Craft effective content for promoting the newsletter on various social media platforms.
- Thoroughly review and edit content to ensure its accuracy, quality, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Regularly update reports after the deployment of the newsletters
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated.
- Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduation/ post-graduation (specialization in the English language will be preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Familiarity with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot is considered an added advantage.
- A keen eye for detail, should be self-motivated along with strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to multitask.
