As a **Front Desk Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for FitClub members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step through the door. Your role will involve greeting members, managing inquiries, and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.
- **Job Title**: Front Desk Receptionist
- **Location**: FitClub, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon
- **Availability**: Immediate joiner preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist members with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle customer queries and ensure their concerns are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate with the gym staff to ensure an efficient member experience.
- Assist in promoting FitClub events, classes, and membership promotions.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing member records.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with fitness center operations are a plus.
