Data Warehousing Architect

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- Architect highly scalable, performant, and cost-efficient data solutions to support the demand intake and accelerate the time to value for advanced analytics solutions.
- Design technical solutions and drive technical roadmaps for projects/programs of high visibility across organizations.
- Deliver key software solutions, patterns, and capabilities that meet the needs of TTEC with respect to analytics, digital platforms, and automation, including Platform as a Service analytics solutions, near-real-time IoT data collection capabilities, modern predictive and prescriptive data processing patterns.
- Actively maintain industry knowledge of best practices and align with the Digital Transformation Strategy to establish and institutionalize current/future state analytics standards, frameworks, patterns, and methods to guide projects/solutions and drive business value/optimization.
- Establish and institutionalize industry-leading infrastructure, and platform capabilities that enable teams to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology to help IT operate more efficiently and adapt to changing needs, giving a foundation to solve forward-looking critical business problems.
- Establish and institutionalize "Anything" as a Service patterns and technical architectures for deploying and scaling successful proof of concepts executed by the IT Emerging Technologies, IT Data Science, and IT Analytics teams.
- Build and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with IT Leadership by communicating with and influencing key decision-makers and executives within the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams across the IT organization, and resolving technology differences across these teams through informed discussions.
- Design, build, and implement the MDM solutions for Customer, Employee, Supplier and other master data objects
- Actively Engage with IT Emerging Technologies, IT Financial Ops, and IT DevSecOps, and IT Data Science teams to ensure analytics strategy roadmaps stay aligned with the standards, patterns, and solutions from these teams.
- Build and Maintain relationships with analytics engineers and architects by providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to propel technical capabilities for these technical team members.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years experience through a combination of full-stack engineering, architecture, technical delivery, and implementing/leading large-scale, complex, cloud-based data and analytic solution.
- Strong experience implementing technical solutions for large-scale programs/data and analytics transformations.
- Experience implementing MDM technical solutions for Customer, Employee, Supplier, and other master data objects
- Strong ability to quickly extract scope/requirements and make decisions in a technology environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to learn/work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Strong ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation experience of designing and building production data pipelines from data ingestion to consumption within a hybrid big data architecture, using Cloud Native GCP, Java, Python, Scala, SQL or others
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform to deploy into GCP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact, influence, and work directly with IT and business executives
- Knowledge of and experience working within system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevSecOps)

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Active Google Cloud Data Engineer Certification and/or Active Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification is preferred
