**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain a positive brand image.
- Plan and run social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships for brand promotion.
- Optimize content for SEO and implement best practices for audience growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms for brands.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (meta business suite etc).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
