Leading diagnostics centre looking for **Lab Incharge/Manager **in **Madurai** location

**Qualification**:DMLT/B.Sc MLT
**Experience**:Min.10 years - 12 years of exp as Centre Manager/Lab Manager/Lab incharge or similar role in diagnostics industry and familiar with day-to-day functioning of centre.
**Salary**:Upto **INR 30000/Month + Free Accommodation will be provided.**
**Skills Required**:

- Strong administrative skills.
- Must be good in team management.
- Good communication & analytical skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To receive calls from client hospitals and customers for queries.
- To ensure timely delivery of medical reports to the patients.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Create work schedules for staff members.
- Organizes, plans, and supervises all functions related to front desk, exit billing, file room, staff scheduling and transcription.
- Establishes, reviews, and revises work procedures relative to administrative and clerical functions.
- Maintaining daily logs and responsible for sharing weekly report to the respective heads.

**Only immediate joiners are required.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
