**Position Overview**:
**Required Skills -**

**1. ** Experience in dealing with students from various boards and curricula i.e. **GCSE/IGCSE, IB, SABIS and CBSE.**

**2. **Must have a minimum of **1 year of online teaching experience **with any registered Ed-Tech company. (Experience letter shall be presented on request)

**3. Post Graduation in English **is preferred. Preference will be given to **B.Ed, NEET, GATE, and CTET **qualified teachers. IELTS, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA will be plus.

**4. **Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

**5. Familiarity with online teaching platforms **and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc.., interactive **whiteboards**, and online learning management systems.

**6. Should have Reliable WiFi, Laptop with Webcam, **and suitable teaching environment conducive to online instruction.

**Major Job Responsibilities**:
**1. **Conduct online English language lessons via video conferencing platforms, incorporating speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities.

**2. **Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of individual students.

**3. **Assess students' language skills and progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

**4. **Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their language proficiency and achieve their learning goals.

**5. **Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment conducive to student engagement and participation.

**6. **Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on learning strategies.

**7. **Follow the school pattern and syllabus and incorporate those with your teaching.

**8. **Should be able to conduct the sessions Public Speaking and Creative writing sessions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
