You must also have a fair knowledge of World Geography, excellent English Language communication skills - spoken/written, the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Extensive knowledge of Amadeus ticketing software.
- Should also have knowledge about GDS and LCC.
- Will be responsible to handle online/offline ticketing inquires.
- Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service.
- Professionally assist and follow through with resolution of guest complaints
- Sell tickets, season passes, lessons.
- Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints.
- Exceptional processing of tickets, hold and re-issuance, new issues, refunds or exchanges, including all calculations.
- Supervising internal ticketing operations, including staff.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
